Learn and Play the Storytime Yoga Way!

Bring your child and sit in the Little Lotus with the Queen of Bohemia, Sydney Solis, for an enchanting Storytime Yoga class to learn yoga, literacy, healthy living and peace skills.

at the KaliMa Center, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands

ages 3 -6  Parents are invited to participate with their children.

Class consists of 45 minute Storytime Yoga class followed by ½ hour of Storytime Yoga Fun Stations – follow up activities with puppets, storytelling, art, dress up, reading and music. Learn to implement health and literacy in your home,  as well as work with Storytime Yoga books, audios and materials.

Gentle, adult yoga classes taught by Sydney also on Tuesdays 9 – 10 am. $10. Perfect for those of you over 40 who could care less about doing lots of vigorous poses and just want to experience yoga.
