At my house in DeLand, Florida, there is a cute little playhouse in the backyard that has been so much fun to teach yoga to children nearby. The Queen of Bohemia came up with this little movement vinyasa to do with kids while acting out the story song of Itsy Bitsy Spider! Perfect for preschool yoga, library yoga, yoga homeschool! All things I have used this with! Have fun, breathe, follow along or teach! DO TELL!
