Shipping Policy

Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) to process your order and ship. Orders will be fulfilled as stock becomes available. This can mean that you may receive more than 1 shipment from us. Also, UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO's or P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day-Air, we will ship U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you select UPS Next Day-Air, we will ship U.S.P.S Express Mail (Next Day). APO/FPO's customers, please remember to plan ahead because your package must be processed through the Military Postal Service, which delays delivery past the 2-3 days, or the next day. The mythicyoga.com site ships most orders via UPS. Books sent via UPS ground service will generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or on weekends or Holidays. If your order needs to ship quicker, we offer both second day and next day service.

Canada and other International orders?
For orders with international destinations, at time of checkout, no shipping or taxes will be applied. The appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes will be communicated to you separately for your approval. Once you have provided us with your approval, your order will be processed. Please allow for additional time to complete the order.
