Refund Policy

FOR BOOKS: Returnable in good condition within 14 days. Does not refund postage or return postage.

FOR DVDS: DVDs returnable if unopened only within 14 days. Does not refund postage or return postage.

FOR E-BOOKS: No refunds.

FOR E-COURSES: Refundable tuition minus $25 administrative fee and E-book materials received. Tuition refundable 75% percent if cancelled within three weeks of course.  Refundable 50% if cancelled within two weeks. 25% if cancelled within one week. No refunds after seven days before course begins. Combo purchases of e-courses are non-refundable 90 days after purchase for any part of course.

FOR RETREATS, LIVE TRAININGS, AND OTHER PAID EVENTS*: The deadline for requesting a cancellation on any retreat or live event with Sydney is two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the event taking place, at 11:59 PM MST. No cancellation or refund requests will be honored after this deadline. If your cancellation request is received by Storytime Yoga on or before the deadline, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee. Email us to request a cancellation of an event you registered for.
 
Registration for an event is transferrable. You are permitted to sell your registration to someone else (such as a friend/family member) who wishes to attend the event.
 
* Events such as Omega training, Kripalu training, and children’s camps may have separate cancellation/refund policies, depending on the organization. Please contact the hosting organization directly for assistance with cancelling.

NOTE: Refunds are processed within 4-6 weeks after a cancellation request is honored.
