By finding peace within our own heart we can achieve peace in the world.
The Queen of Bohemia, Sydney Solis, puts on free family and children programs and workshops, and donates books to organizations and libraries around the world in the name of peace for the sake of children.
The terrible scars of war are no stranger to Sydney. Her father is a child survivor of the Ambarawa Japanese Concentration Camp on Java during World War II. Her childhood was filled with her father’s terrible stories of war that scar children and families deeply, as well as the effects of post-traumatic stress on its survivors.
